A varied collection of soundtracks old and new by composer and sound designer xvelastín, known in the game audio world as blubberbaleen.

From the stripped-back isolation of The Scavenger to the eerie alienness of Crystalline, to the ultra-low textures of Subscape (The Void), the first 'Soundtracks for Imagined Worlds' compilation contains free-to-download tracks, put together and re-mastered with game development in mind.

This collection is intended to be used by developers, VR directors, digital performance makers and budding sound designers to be integrated into the imagined worlds that we make our reality. Please, feel free to use anything from here in your passion projects, game jams, student collabs, first commercial game, casual and puzzle apps and commercial titles. Have a look at the track descriptions for ideas of where they might be intergrated well. But 'Soundtracks for Imagined Worlds' is also built as an album in its own right, an emotive half-hour of music, atmospheres and textures to dream to.
